The short version

AIFaceSwapMagic is a free AI face swap tool. You can use it without creating an account. We aim to collect as little as possible and we do not sell your data.

Photos and GIFs you upload

The selfies, photos, and GIFs you upload are sent to our servers (and our AI processing provider) only to generate your face swap result. We do not use your uploads to train models, and we do not share them with third parties for advertising.

Uploaded source files and generated results are retained only as long as needed to deliver the result to you and are deleted automatically afterward. Please don't upload images of other people without their consent.

Information we collect automatically

Like most websites, we collect basic, non-identifying usage and analytics data — such as which tools are used, approximate performance and error information, and aggregate counts — to keep the service working and improve it. This is not used to identify you personally.

Cookies and analytics

We use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how the product is used. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the core face swap features will still work.
